In ScopeTechnical: ALC_XREF | ID: OR-RACS-ALC_XREF
Stores the cross-reference data for the publishing of the information to the base rms allocation tables (alloc_header and alloc_detail). this table will contain a record for each allocation/item/wh/release date that is in reserved, approved, processed and closed status.
