In ScopeTechnical: SHIPMENT_PUB_INFO | ID: OR-MFCS-SHIPMENT_PUB_INFO
This table is used for publishing shipments for Tranfers and Allocations created in RMS on-line. When a shipment is created in RMS and the corresponding receipt will not be processed in RMS, the shipment will be staged on this table for publishing to the RIB, so as to inform the receiving location of the incoming shipment.
