Inventory Adjustment Reason

Contains a number which uniquely identifies the reason for an inventory adjustment. Note: To assign a specific reason code for inventory adjustment created for item transformation (for 2-legged transfers via a finisher), update record in code_detail table where code_type = ITRC and code = 1, and set code_desc = reason code (this field) assigned to item transformation.

Indicates the inventory adjustment reason code is associated with COGS. If Y then the inventory adjustment affect COGS If N then the inventory adjustment does not affect COGS

This indicator is used by the system to determine if the record is being used by the system. The system will use the value of this column to determine whether or not the record is visible to users. Valid values are 'Y' (code is used and visible) and 'N' (code is not used and hidden).

This indicator is used by the system to determine if the record has been modified by the customer. A value of 'Y' (yes) indicates that the record has been modified and the modifications should be preserved. A value of 'N' (no) indicates the record has not been modified and the system does not need to preserve changes.

This indicator is used by the system to determine if the record has been inserted by the customer. A value of 'Y' (yes) indicates the record was inserted by the customer and should be preserved. A value of 'N' (no) indicates the record was included in the product data set out of the box.
