Product Configuration Options

The Advance Inventory Planning (AIP) indicator determines whether RMS is integrated with the Oracle Retail AIP application. It also drives some different behavior in RMS, such as requiring a primary case type for item and restricting the number of simple packs of the same quantity that can be created for an item. Valid values are 'Y' or 'N', with the default value if null of 'N'.

The Allocation indicator determines if RMS is integrated with the Oracle Retail Allocation application. Valid values are 'Y' or 'N', with the default value if null of 'N'.

Indicates the external financial system and configuration being used by the business. Valid values are 'O', 'A', or NULL. The 'O' option exists to enable a custom point-to-point integration between RMS and EBS. This option is used by RMS only to enable and disable certain functions in the supplier screens on-line. The 'A' option exists to enable financials integration through the Oracle Retail Financials Integration Pack (RFI). A NULL value indicates no integration with a financial system.

This attribute is used to indicate whether RMS is integrated to a forecasting system, such as Oracle Retail Demand Forecasting (RDF). Valid values are 'Y'-Yes or 'N'-No.

This attribute is used to indicate whether RMS is integrated with the Oracle Retail Invoice Match (ReIM) application. Valid values are Y or N, with N used as the default if null.
