FIF Publish Status

Unique sequence number of the record inserted to this table.

This column contains the application from which the record originated: RMS or IM or RFM.

This column contains the creation date of the GL and AP records extracted from RMS or IM.

This column contains the publish status. Valid values are: NEW, EXTRACTED, PUBLISHED, ERROR, RETRY, EMPTY (Success with no data to publish).

This column holds the name of the zip file containing the extracted records.

This column indicates whether the file contains General Ledger or Accounts Payable records.

This column contains the size of the zip file.

This column contains the number of files included in the zip file.

This column contains the total number of records extracted for the application and extract date.

This column contains the zip file creation date.

This column contains the date when the zip file was published to the external financial system.

This column contains the ID returned from the service call after publishing the zip file.

This column holds error response message if the publish using webservice failed.

This column holds the user who created the record.

This column holds the record creation date.

This column holds the user who last updated the record.

This column holds the date time when the record was last updated.

For webservice based publish to GL, each Ledger Id will be separate publish. This will be null for other scenarios.

This will indicate if publish is of type WEBSERVICE or OBJECT_STORE.

This holds the external Organization Unit Reference id.

This will hold the unique run id to be used by the extract job when populating the fif_publish table. This will allow multiple publish within a day to identify the record for a particular run to support republish for a particular extract run. Value will be one up number for every day starting at 1.
