Request Document

This field holds a unique sequence number to distinguish between the records.

This field holds the code for the module that the documents are attached to , e.g., supplier SUPP, bank BANK, partner PTNR, customs entry CE, contracting CNTR, contracting at the item level CTIT, purchase orders PO, purchase orders at the item level POIT, country CTRY, payments (LOC) PYMT, HTS at the Chapter level HTSC, item maintenance IT, HTSC HTS Chapter, LC and LCA.

This value will hold the specific id that the documents are attached to e.g., for Supplier, the key_value_1 would be the supplier identification number. However if the module is BANK or PNTR, this field will hod the Partner Type (e.g., Bank, Importer, Freight Forwarder, etc).

This field is only used for modules that attach documents at two different levels. The current modules that will do this are Contracting and Purchase Orders. These modules will have documents at both the header level, and the item level. When attaching documents at the item level,key_value_1 would contain the contract or order number, and key_value_2 would hod the SKU number.

This field is the unique number used to distinguish the different documents.
