Wf Order Head

This is the unique system generated franchise order no. It also serves as the primary key for this table.

This is a reference number that would be provided by the franchisee for their tracking purposes.

This field represents the current state of the franchise order. Valid values are I - Input, A - Approved,P - In Progress, D - Closed, C - Cancelled, R - Require Credit Approval

This field represents how the franchise order was created in RMS. Valid values are M - Manual, E - EDI, A - Auto or X - Externally generated.

This field represents the currency of the order, which may or may not be different from the primary currency in the system. Valid values for this field are based on the currency codes held in the CURRENCIES table.

This field represents the exchange rate between the primary currency and the Franchise order currency. This field references the exchange rates maintained on the currency rates table.

This field represents any freight charges associated to the WF order and will be populated by the user.

This field represents other miscellaneous charges associated to the WF order and will be populated by the user.

This field is an indicator representing whether or not invoices will be sent to all locations on a WF Order. Valid values are Y-Yes and N-No. Default value is N.

This field represents the default billing location for an order. This is used if all_location_billing is No.

This field represents the address type for the default billing location the user is using as the billing location.

Free form comments associated with the franchise order.

This field represents the reason an order was cancelled. Valid values are part of code_type WFCR.

This column contains the date when the Franchise Order was approved.

This field represents the ID of the user who created the franchise order.

This column contains the date when the Franchise Order was created.

This column contains the ID of the user who last updated the Franchise order record.

This column contains the date when the Franchise order record was last updated.

This field Indicates the currency against which the exchange rate has been captured on the entity. Valid values are: P (Primary) or L (Local) currency.
