This field contains a number that uniquely identifies the transfer within the system.

This field contains a sequence number when combined with the transfer number will make this row unique. This field is used to make up the primary key. A unique key is placed on the columns (tsf_no, sku, prepack_id, inv_status), which would normally make up the key, but because the fields prepack_id and inv_status can contain nulls, a sequence is used for the primary key and a unique key is placed on the other keys.

This field holds the unique alphanumeric value that identifies the item.

This field contains the inventory status, if one exists, for the transfer detail record. The inventory status field corresponds to the inventory status type found on the INV_STATUS_TYPES table. If a value exists in this field and the tsfhead.inventory_status is Unavailable, then the transfer will move from the specified unavailable inventory disposition (e.g. Trouble, etc.) at the from location to the same unavailable inventory disposition at the to location.

This field holds the unit cost of the item that will be used for this specific transfer if being transferred at something other than current WAC. This field should only have a value for intercompany transfers.

This field contains the total quantity of the item reserved at the from location for this transfer.

This field contains the total amount of the item that has been filled for a PO-Linked transfer.

This field contains the quantity of the item which has been shipped from the from location on the transfer. In-transit quantity is shipped quantity - received quantity.

This field contains the quantity of the item which has been received at the to location on the transfer. In-transit quantity is shipped_qty - received_qty.

This field contains the quantity of the item on the transfer that has been reconciled based on short or over receipt and is used only for the wrong store receipt.

This field indicates the final quantity that the external system (e.g. RWMS) plans on filling.

This field contains the initial quantity that the external system (e.g. RWMS) plans on filling.

This field contains the quantity of an item on the transfer that is left to be transferred at the time of cancellation of the line item.

This field contains the supplier pack size for this transfer/item.

This field contains a reference number to link the item on the transfer to any purchase orders that have been created to allow the from location (i.e. warehouse) on the transfer to fulfill the transfer quantity to the to location (i.e store) on the transfer.

This field is an indicator to identify whether item up charges(if exist) should be defaulted to the 2nd-leg of the transfer. The valid values are Y, N and NULL. Its value is set on transfer detail form when applying item up charges to the 1st-leg.

This field contains the indicator that will mark the line item as processed for PO-Linked transfer types. When the transfer type is PO-Linked, the value of this indicator for all of the transfers line items will determine if the freight code can be updated from Hold. If all of the transfer line items have an mbr_processed_ind of Y, the transfers freight code can be updated from Hold. The updating of this indicator will occur from the Buyer Worksheet when the associated Buyer Worksheet line items are either added to a purchase order or deleted. For all other transfer types, the value of this column should be defaulted to NULL.

This field specifies whether or not the detail record has been published by the transfers message family manager. This value is always 'N' and not tracked.

This field holds the unit cost of the item that will be used for this specific transfer if current shipping locations WAC is not used.

This field contains the percentage of cost charged by the supplier for re-stocking. This could be different than the restocking percentage held in TSFHEAD if the user decides to change the percentage at item level.

This field is applicable to two-legged transfers and contains the weighted average retail of all the units of the transfer item currently at or in transit to the finisher.

This column indicates if the last update to TSFDETAIL table is done by RMS or an external application. If by RMS, then the indicator will be set to Y and the update will be published to the RIB; otherwise, the indicator will be set to N and the update will NOT be published to the RIB, since the external application is already aware of the change.

This will contain the unit retail of the customer order transfer from an external application.
