Cost Event Thread
In ScopeTechnical: COST_EVENT_THREAD | ID: OR-ITM-COST_EVENT_THREAD-COST_EVENT_THREAD
Stores the item, supplier, origin country id and location combinations associated to a cost event. Also contains the thread number that is used by the future cost engine.
