This field contains the number which uniquely identifies the Item List

This field contains the description which corresponds to the SKU list number.

This field contains the date that the item list was created.

This field contains the Oracle user ID of the user that created the item list.

This field indicates whether the item list is considered dynamic or static. If N, then it is a dynamic item list, which can be rebuilt prior to usage to update the list based on the latest items that fit the criteria of the list. If Y, then the list can only be updated by manually updating the items in the list.

This field contains the date that the item list was last rebuilt. An item list can only be rebuild if it is a dynamic item list (i.e. STATIC_IND = N).

Indicates whether the list is private (Y) or public (N). Private lists can only be modified or rebuilt by the user that created them, but can be used by any user as long as they have correct data filtering access.

This field contains comments about the SKU list.

The ID of the organziational hierarchy to which the item list is assigned. The level of the organziational hierarchy is determined based on SECURITY_CONFIG_OPTIONS.SKULIST_ORG_LEVEL_CODE. The value in this column will be used to control the item lists a user can use when utilized in RMS, if data level security has been set up for users in the system. This value is not required.

Indicates whether item list is to be rebuilt in the nightly batch process. Valid values are Y and N.

Indicates whether only approved items can be added to the item list. Valid values are Y and N.
