This column indicates whether the line item is a Regular Sale, a customer order serviced by OMS (External CO) or a customer order serviced by a store (In Store CO). Expected values are stored in the CODE_DETAIL table, under the SASY code type.

This column contains an indicator that identifies a return without inventory. This is generally a non- required column, but in case of Returns, this column is required. Expected values are: Y - Yes, N - No.

This column will contain the disposition code published by RWMS as part of the Returns upload to OMS. This will contain a value in case of returns with inventory to a warehouse. OMS will include this disposition code in the RTLOG while creating return transactions for processing by ReSA. When these returns are uploaded in RMS, the specific inventory buckets will be updated based on this value. This is a generally non-required column, but in case of an external customer order return serviced by OMS (i.e. Sales Type = E) and return with inventory (i.e. Return Without Inventory = N) in the virtual store RTLOG, it is required.

This column contains the physical warehouse ID for the warehouse identifier where the item was returned. This is generally not required, but in cases of external customer order returns (i.e. Sales Type= E) it is required.

Error Message associated with processing this record.

This colum indicates if the line item has a newly created item-loc relationship.

Indicates whether the item is normal merchandise (i.e. owned by the retailer), consignment stock or a concession item. Valid values are 0 - Owned, 1 - Consignment, 2 - Concession.

Indicates if the cost for the consignment/concession item will be managed either based on cost per unit or as a percentage of retail. Valid values are: C – Cost per Unit, P – Purchase Rate.

Indicates the percentage of the retail price which will determine the cost paid to the supplier for a consignment or concession item.

Contains the master customer order number from the Order Management System.

Contains the number from OMS related to the fulfillment details.

Contains the fulfillment location type of the customer order. Valid values are SU for Supplier,WH for warehouse and ST for Store.

Contains the fulfillment location of the customer order.It can only be either a physical store or a virtual store.

Contains the store where the return will be processed.This is the store where the product was originally sold.

Contains the store number associated with the location that the customer order was placed.

This is a placeholder column which will be populated during customer order sales/returns.This column contains the location where the SOH will increase/decrease.

Contains the unique identifier for a sale transaction.

This column holds the consignment unit cost for consignment sales. It is an optional field and is expected to be populated only for consignment items, if sent from the Point of Sales system.

This column holds the consignment rate for consignment sales. It is an optional field and is expected to be populated only for consignment items, if sent from the Point of Sales system.

This field contain the inventory identifier type, which is captured at POS. Valid values are found under the Inventory Identifier Types (IIDT) code type, which include Lot (L), Expiry Date (E), Serial Number (S), Import Document (D).

Holds the inventory identifier provided on inventory transaction messages. It is a free-form text id field that will be interfaced and displayed as a text field
