This field contains the number indicating which of the three levels the item resides. The item level determines if the item stands alone or if it is part of a family of related items. The item level also determines how the item may be used throughout the system.

This field contains the number indicating which of the three levels transactions occurs for the items group. The transaction level is the level at which the items inventory is tracked in the system. The transaction level item will be counted, transferred, shipped, etc. The transaction level may be at the current item or up to 2 levels above or below the current item. Only one level of the hierarchy of an item family may contain transaction level items.

This field contains an indicator that determines if this field is set to Y, then substitute items will be used in calculating the need at a location when a forecasting replenishment method is used for the main item. If it is set to N, substitute items will not be used in the calculations. Valid values are Y and N.

This field contains an indicator that determines if this field is set to Y, then substitute items will be used in calculating the net inventory at a location when determining the locations need for the main item. As well, if set to Y, substitute items stock can be used to fulfill a locations warehouse demands for the main item. If set to N, substitute items will not be used in the calculations and will not be used to fulfill demand.

This field contains an indicator used to determine if all type of orders (back-orders, import, etc.) is to be included for calculating the recommended order quantity for item/location combination. Valid values are (Y)es and (N)o.

This field contains the level below which a recommended order quantity is generated if the net inventory is lower than the order point, for the item/location.

This field contains an indicator used to determine if the source warehouse is replenishable.

This field contains the type of the store. This will have a value only if the location type is a store. Valid values are, F - Franchise, C - Company

This field contains the identifier that groups possible millions of records into chunks of hundreds- thousands or less for processing. This is for performance gain.

Determines if the replenishment process will create an actual order/transfer line item for the item location if there is a need for the item location or if only a record is written to the Replenishment Results table. Indicator that determines whether supplier inventory management information can be set up at the supplier/department level or just at the supplier level. Also determines if orders created through replenishment for this supplier should be split by department or not. If the supplier is returns-only, this field will be null. Otherwise, this field must have value. Values include: D - Department. Split orders by department. S - Supplier. Split orders by supplier.

Contains the pack size level at which the item (or primary replenishment pack) is shipped between warehouses and stores. Valid values are Case, Inner, Each. If the item is being replenished using a primary replenishment pack (i.e. I_repl_pack is not NULL), the store order multiple will represent the packs store order multiple. Otherwise, the field will contain the items store order multiple. This field is used for performance purposes during the batch replenishment process.

This field is only populated if the item on replenishment is using the Warehouse Stocked/Cross- Docked stock category. It will store the portion of the recommended order quantity that cannot be fulfilled by warehouse stock. This quantity will be the quantity that is ordered when an order is created.

This is the deposit item component type. A NULL value in this field indicates that this item is not part of a deposit item relationship. The possible values are: E - Contents, A - Container, Z - Crate, T - Returned Item (Empty bottle), P - Complex pack (with deposit items).

This holds the container item number for a contents item. This field is only populated and required if the I_DEPOSIT_ITEM_TYPE = E.

This indicator will determine if the supplier lead time will be considered in the calculation of time supply order points and order up to point.

This field contains the unit of measure in which stock of the item is tracked at a corporate level.

This field contains the conversion factor between an Each and the standard_uom when the standard_uom is not in the quantity class (e.g. if standard_uom = lb and 1 lb = 10 eaches, this factor will be 10). This factor will be used to convert sales and stock data when an item is retailed in eaches but does not have eaches as its standard unit of measure.

This field contains the unit of measure type used as a grouping mechanism for the many UOM options. When converting from one UOM to another, the class is used to determine how the system proceeds with the conversion, whether it is an in-class or across-class conversion.

When selected, this field is used by Inventory Optimization (IO) to determine whether to optimize the item/location. Currently this field will be used for Min/Max of replenishment method.

Indicates whether the additional demand is enabled for an Item/Location or not.

This field contains the additional demand in standard unit of measure of the item for the given item/location/date combination.

Indicates the default access that a store user has for updating and approving semi-automatic single location store orders and transfers. Valid values are: 'RES - Restricted', 'REV - Review', 'APRV - Approve', defined in code detail with code type 'STUA'.
