Contract Detail

This number uniquely identifies a contract within the system.

This number represents a sequence number which will be used as a primary key.

Alphanumeric value that uniquely identifies the item/group two levels above the item.

Diff_group or diff_id that differentiates the current item from its item_parent. For an item that is a parent, this field may be either a group (i.e. Mens pant sizes) or a value (6 oz). For an item that is not a parent, this field may contain a value (34X34, Red, etc.) Valid values are found on the diff_group and diff_id tables.

This column contains the location type of the location where the planned delivery quantity will be delivered by the delivery date. This will indicate whether the location is a Store or a Warehouse.

This index will be used to determine the product level at which the record is setup: 1 = Item, 2 = Item Parent/Diff_1, 3 = Item Parent/Diff_2, 4 = Item Parent/Diff_3, 5 = Item Parent/Diff_4, 6 = Item Parent

This field will hold the cost that has been raised against the contract style or option by temporary orders (ORD_TEMP records) during the replenishment run. It is used to track style/options quantities to ensure that total contracted item quantities will not be overrun by the current batch processes (items firmed to the SKU level will not need to use this bucket). The value will be updated to null when the replenishment process is complete.
