Sups Min Fail

Contains the order number of the order being purged.

Unique identifier for the item.

If the entire order is being purged, then both the store and wh fields will contain a -1. If a wh location is being purged, then the store field will contain -1, and the store field will have a valid value. Likewise, if a store location is being purged, the store location will have a valid store value and the wh field will contain a -1.

The SUPS_MIN_FAIL table is used to track order line items that failed vendor minimum checks and were therefore purged from the order during the automatic order building process for replenishment. Since vendor minimum checks are performed at the physical wh level, if a physical wh fails the vendor minimum checks, it will be written to this table.

Contains the supplier of the purged order.

The department number (if applicable) of the order from which line items failing supplier minimums were purged.

Contains the minimum value the vendor requires.

Contains the minimum value the vendor requires.

Contains the value ordered on the purchase order.

Contains the date that the record was created.

Error message indicating why order/location was purged.
