Identifies the organizational client within an SAP system that owns this purchasing info record. Required for all SAP master data tables supporting multinational or multi-entity deployments.

The purchasing info record number uniquely identifies a vendor-material agreement within the system. It is the primary key for EINA and referenced by all purchasing conditions (EIHE), pricing records (EIKP), and item details (EINI). Used in purchase order creation to inherit vendor, pricing, and delivery terms.

The purchasing organization is an organizational unit within a company code responsible for procuring materials and negotiating terms with vendors. It can span multiple plants and is used to segregate procurement authority, vendor relationships, and pricing agreements. Each EINA record is assigned to a purchasing organization, and purchase orders inherit the PO number range and approval workflows from the purchasing organization.

The purchasing group is a sub-unit within a purchasing organization that clusters buyers managing related commodity groups or vendor relationships. It is used in purchase order processing to route purchase requisitions to the appropriate buyers and to determine approval authorities. In EINA, the purchasing group provides context for which buyer team owns the vendor-material agreement.

The vendor number is the unique identifier for a supplier in SAP. It links the purchasing info record to the vendor master, which contains contact, payment, and organizational data. All purchase orders referencing this info record inherit the vendor's master data and terms.
