Challenge

A US-based duty-free retailer operating more than 280 stores needed to manage a five-version upgrade across Oracle Retail MOM, ReSA and SIM. Data coherence, dependency management and cutover stability were key risks, and delivery had to be fully remote with zero tolerance for disruption.

Approach (Assess → Stabilise → Prototype → Migrate → Verify)

elfware applied its Enterprise Low-Code migration framework to accelerate source-to-target mapping, enforce orchestration control and automate validation at scale. Automated reconciliation, integrity and API tests were introduced from the first prototype, moving defect detection and design validation to the earliest stages.
