Item Exp Detail

Alphanumeric value that identifies the item.

The unique identifier for the supplier.

Contains the type of expense. Valid values are Z (Zone), or C (Country). Zone expenses consist of expenses that are incurred from the movement of goods between a particular discharge port to a zone within the discharge ports country. Country expenses consist of the expense incurred when moving goods from a particular origin country/lading port to a given discharge port.

Contains a sequence number that is used to distinguish between the different Item/Supplier expenses.

Contains a user specified code representing a specific expense found on the ELC_COMP table.

Contains a code representing the base value for calculating an expense.

Contains the rate to be charged against the calculation base.

Contains the currency the expense or assessment is to be entered in. If the Calculation Basis is V (Value), then the comp_currency will be NULL.

Contains a count indicating the amount of the Per Count Unit of Measure to which the rate applies.

Contains the unit of measure in which the Per Count is specified.

Contains the calculated value of the Component.

Contains a numeric value that determines the display order of the expense or assessment when used in other modules.

Date/time stamp of when the record was created. This date/time will be used in export processing. This value should only be populated on insert - it should never be updated.

Holds the date time stamp of the most recent update by the last_update_id. This field is required by the database.

Holds the Oracle user-id of the user who most recently updated this record. This field is required by the database.

This field specifies the source from which the expense is been defaulted to the item. Valid values are, P - defaulted from a partner expense profile, S - defaulted from a supplier expense profile, C - defaulted from a country expense profile, M - manually added expenses.

This will hold either the supplier value or Origin_country_id or the partner type, depending on the value of the defaulted_from column.

When the expense is defaulted from a partner, this column will hold the value of the partner id.

This column holds the User id of the user who created the record.
