RPM Purge Config Options

This field defines the number of months after a promotion is completed, that should be purged. This parameter is also used to purge cancelled promotions. Valid values are whole numbers between 1 and 24.

This field holds the number of months past an Executed clearance effective date that should be purged. Valid values are whole numbers between 1 and 24.

This field defines the number of days after the effective date of a price change, clearance or promotions in worksheet/submitted/rejected status for when it should be purged from the system. Valid values are whole numbers between 1 and 999.

The date and time a record was created.

The username identifier of the user who created a record.

The date and time a record was last updated.

The username identifier of the user who last updated a record.

The version identifier for a record. Unique for each state of a single record.

This field defines the number of months after the effective date of a price change in Executed status when it should be purged from the system. Valid values are whole numbers between 1 and 24.

This field defines the number of days to wait for purging rpm_batch_process related data.
